mt. Elbrus - Elbrus Race

I was asked recently:

"Hello, I've got one quick question - are you going to organize Elbrus Race this year? What would be the date if yes?"

-Yes we are going to do Elbrus Race with the program more or less as below!!

-I spoke recently with Ministry of Sport and Tourism of KBR - asking their opinion - "to be or not to be?"

They told - "to be!!!!" :)

26 aug	01	Flight arrival to Min Vody. Transfer to Baksan Valley, Azau station. Accommodation in the Hotel Elba.
27 aug	02	Acclimatization program.
28 aug	03	Acclimatization program.
29 aug	04	Qualifying speed climb from Barrels hut to the Pastukov rocks, 4800 m.
30 aug	05	Relaxing program. (and the Day of Full Moon!)
31 aug	06	Speed Climb Mt Elbrus West 5642 m. Depart from Garabashi, Barrels hut, 3780m. Descent to Baksan Valley
1 Sept	07	spare day
2 Sept	08	Transfer to airport. Flight from Min Vody.
